The yard is quoted as having been on the south side of the Tees, therefore in what is now Thornaby rather than Stockton
And from David Asprey, a partial history of this vessel, probably a paddle tug -

1846: Built by William Turnbull & Company, Stockton-on-Tees (Yard No. ??) for
James & Alexander Bremner and John R Bell, Liverpool.
31.3.1854: Purchased by William Jolliffe, Liverpool.
08.1855: Sold to London owners.
Registered in period 1857-1859 to A. Pervanogler, 1860-1864 to G. C. Frangluadi
